CONDITIONS OF USE

• Use of the AVTGuns.com website constitutes agreement to our terms of use.

GENERAL TERMS

• We reserve the right to deny service to anyone at any time for any (or no) reason
• Any firearms purchased in-store must be made to a Florida resident and requires a mandatory 3-day waiting period (unless you possess a Concealed Carry Permit)
• Any firearms purchased online must be shipped to a local (to you) FFL - please get in touch with us so we can tell you what information we need
• Shipping costs are not included in listed prices and will be quoted on request (insurance must be added when shipping)

PAYMENTS ACCEPTED

• Cash (in-store only - please do not mail)
• Check - must clear before items will be shipped
• Credit Cards - a handling fee of 4% will be added to all credit card orders

PAYMENT TERMS

• Payment must be made in full before an item ships
• Layaway is available with a 20% deposit, but must be approved before sale
• If a layaway plan is cancelled only money paid over the 20% restocking fee will be refunded
• Pricing is not guaranteed until the sale has been confirmed by us through email or text message

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

• Orders may be cancelled up until the first item from the order ships, after the first item ships the order cannot be cancelled
• Cancelled orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee - the balance will be returned in the same manner it was paid
• All sales are considered final and no returns are accepted
